Someone desires attention so he makes some claim that will rile people up..
The claim is made, people throw a fit, and the numbskull gets the attention he desired all along...
At some point we'll become smarter and just ignore these outbursts for attention, right?

The question you should be asking, which you clearly aren't, is why?
Why did those tens of thousands lose their lives?

Wow. So they died because you were bored and in need of a good time? There's strip clubs and other avenues to entertain a lifeless capsuleer, perhaps you should consider those options before throwing a few thousand lives into the fire....you know, since you supposedly "feel a bit sorry for those who died."
It is easy to be de-attached from foolish battles when you have nothing permanent invested in them. It's another perspective when the life of your family friends and kin are involved.

I ate cold soup last night. Clearly you enjoy the finer things more than I do. I also owned a restaurant once but it burnt down about 3 years ago. I think it was arson.

He's not an archangel in the religious sense of the word which you seem to have inferred. You've heard of the Angel Cartel, yes? I assure you 'angelic' is not an adjective used by many individuals to describe that particular organization.
